INPA 5.0 by BMW TESTER GROUPS is a factory-grade diagnostic application for BMW Group vehicles. Part of the EDIABAS toolchain, it provides direct communication with control units to perform in-depth diagnostics, monitoring, and service tasks. It is widely used by professional technicians and experienced enthusiasts who need precise, model-specific procedures and data.

Key capabilities:

• Communicates with drivetrain, chassis, body, and infotainment control units
• Reads and clears manufacturer-specific diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), including detailed fault information
• Displays real-time measurement values for sensors and system states
• Executes actuator tests and selected service functions such as resets, calibrations, and adaptations (where supported)
• Uses model-specific scripts and data files for accurate procedures
• Logs measurement values for later analysis and troubleshooting

• Designed primarily for BMW E-series vehicles; coverage and functionality for MINI and Rolls-Royce models on BMW platforms may be available. Support for newer F/G series is limited and depends on installed data packages and interface hardware.
